Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unexpected carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.
