Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Sticker attached with the product marks it safe from being unused. Any tempering with sticker will be considered as the product is non-returnable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of:

  1. Receipt of your returned item

  2. Approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company – processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank – refunds may take additional processing time

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver:

  • The refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping terms:

  • You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

For expensive items, consider using:

  • A trackable shipping service, or

  • Shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
